Best suited for a hands-on Board, or newer built condominium communities with no clubhouse or major construction or maintenance projects. A good transition from self-managed communities who need assistance in financial management and dues collection only

A viable option for an HOA with annual billing, quarterly site visits, semiannual or quarterly Board meetings, and few delinquencies.
