TWO EXCITING UPDATES: JULY 1, 2026
First, our office will be relocating within Millennium Office Park. Our new office address is:
6077 Frantz Road, Suite 205
Dublin, Ohio 43017
While our suite location is changing, we will remain within the same office park and will continue normal business operations throughout the transition. Our managers, administrative, and accounting teams will now be located within the same office space, allowing for greater collaboration and operational efficiency, while all current phone numbers and contact information will remain the same. Please update your records accordingly with our new mailing address for all check payments or correspondence. Regular office hours will continue to be 10-4 Mon-Fri or by appointment. Please call first if you would like to come outside of those office hours.
Second, we will be implementing a software upgrade and transitioning to the Vantaca management platform effective July 1, 2026.
Next steps for all owners:
Register for your new homeowner portal at www.the27grp.com using the registration link that will be emailed to you on July 1.
a) You will need your account # and portal registration key that will be included in your July 1 email
b) If you do not see an email, please check junk or spam as it will come from admin@the27grp.com
c) You may register using the link above IF you have both your account # and portal registration key.
d) Existing portals have been deactivated as of June 30 including payment information and scheduled recurring payments. AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS THROUGH OUR OLD PLATFORM HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED.
e) Your new portal will not carry over your beginning balance information until mid-July. If you are unsure of your balance due on July 1, please contact us at info@the27grp.com
Take the appropriate steps to pay July dues:
OPTION A: Mail a check to our new office address

If you have already mailed your check to our old office, we will still receive it so there is no need to reissue
If you utilize your bank’s BillPay system (when the bank pulls your funds and then mails us a check), you will need to update the remittance address at your earliest convenience
OPTION B: Pay online via your newly registered portal in Vantaca
You will not be able to register before July 1
On July 1, watch for an email including the registration details and payment instructions
There will be 3 payment options online: credit/debit card, e-check, or ACH autodraft. Review your options carefully, as fees may apply
Instructions will be in the email on July 1, and on the payment screens on your portal once you are logged in

Over the past several months, I have carefully listened to the concerns, feedback, and suggestions shared regarding communication, accessibility, reporting capabilities, and challenges experienced within our current software platform.
In response to those conversations and the evolving needs of our communities, this transition is part of our continued commitment to improving the overall experience for both Boards and homeowners by addressing concerns related to communication efficiency, system usability, transparency, and access to important community information. Vantaca will provide enhanced communication tools, streamlined operations, stronger reporting capabilities, improved homeowner accessibility, and a more efficient management experience overall.
