LANDSCAPING CONTRACTS
We will work with your vendors to manage the landscaping of your common areas. We have an extended network of preferred contractors and take the needs of each community into consideration to assist in aligning the best fit for your lawn mowing, landscaping, snow plowing, and irrigation needs.
POND MAINTENANCE
From plant and fish management, to fountains and long term maintenance, we will oversee your monthly and annual contracts and maintain communication with your service provider for regular updates on the condition of your ponds.
CLUBHOUSE & POOL MANAGEMENT
We will work side by side with existing pool management and assist as needed in clubhouse staffing, pool contracts, permits, services and supplies.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Our team members will be the point of contact for vendors, so Board members can review at a higher level. We will manage all aspects of existing and new contracts with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all insurance and tax information is kept to current standards.
BOARD MEETINGS
We will work with the board to coordinate, oversee, and report on regular board meetings. We also manage board member elections and committee appointments at annual homeowner’s meetings.
RECORD RETENTION & RESALE DOCUMENTS
Our team will retain permanent, current and long-term association documents and manage storage. We fulfill orders for documentation required for lenders, title companies, or realtors for resale or refinance through industry leader HomeWiseDocs.
ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATION REQUESTS
Architectural Requests often require a lot of time and attention from Board members. We alleviate that workload by answering homeowner questions and providing design standards and required forms. We also coordinate and process modification requests via the appropriate committee or board members.
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
We field owner requests for maintenance, and collect competitive bids and manage community-wide projects from bid to completion.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT & ONLINE COMMUNICATION
To keep your community members up to date, we can work with specialized web developers to design and maintain a custom website for your community, and will work internally to increase and improve electronic communication for the ease of all homeowners.
